You can edit this post for practice or you can go back to the design platform and create new posts. Make sure you "Publish" when you want it to be visible to the public. You can just "Save" as a draft if you want to publish later.
Once you publish, you can always "Revert to Draft" if you want to unpublish, and then publish later. You can also schedule a post to be published on a specific day and time.
A good tool is the "preview" function which lets you see what the post will look like before you publish.
